The agro-finance governance of land pawning institutionalism in an Asian emerging economy

This study investigates the role of land pawn institutionalism in Indonesia context regulation and governance. The theoretical framework referred to this is institutionalization pawning from Demachi (2021), which explicitly observes relationship governance economy. Furthermore, agro finance, another theory used legal infrastructure (Pellandini-Simányi & Vargha, 2021), analyzes foundational law function as social trigger expected economic conditions. research was conducted using normative juridical approach with qualitative design. findings highlight that system a major tool system. accommodate needs interests stakeholders provide equitable services for community create certainty order. importance advance infrastructure, especially agroeconomic field.
